Team Teach Training at Oakfield Short Stay School
Team Teach is a holistic' approach to behaviour management. A distinctive feature of Team-Teach is that it includes both training in de-escalation skills and physical interventions, known as 'positive handling strategies'.
2024/2025
Team Teach Connect
Schools that complete Team Teach training are required to subscribe to Team Teach Connect. The subscription is managed and invoiced directly by Team Teach, not Oakfield Short Stay School. The details Team Teach provide for Connect are as follows:
Connect Fee:
From the 1st January 2024, Team Teach Connect costs just £200 (+VAT) per setting, per year, with a 25% discount offered in 2024.
As this is a per setting charge, every Team Teach certified individual in a setting can access Team Teach Connect.

Teach Connect forms a fundamental part of our training proposition and gives you access to:
