Primary Inclusion Forum

Inclusion Forum Information

Weekly Behaviour Forums are held remotely in Leicestershire.  Schools are able to talk about their concerns about a pupil(s).  These forums are led by specialist practitioners currently teaching and supporting pupils with very challenging behaviours at Oakfield and across all primary schools in the county, alongside representatives from the Local Authority.

The schools participating in the forum will discuss their concerns.  Schools leave with strategies to further trial or understand how to seek support from other professionals/agencies.

All of our Inclusion Forum meetings run from 1pm- 3.30pm via Teams.

How to book a place

To book a place at an Inclusion Forum, we firstly require you to complete an Inclusion Forum Form in full, please request a form by emailing oakfield@leics.gov.uk, providing the pupils initials, current year group and gender.

When this form is returned to us, we will then inform you of the forum dates that we have available. Once a date has been agreed, you will receive an email of confirmation, along with a brief overview of how forum will work, this information is to be read or shared with the person attending, a Microsoft Teams invite will be sent to those names listed on the completed form.
