- Positive behaviour management training
- Team Teach training for all schools in Leicestershire, both 6 & 12 hour
- Dedicated time slots for mainstream school staff to come in to Oakfield to share joint practice development to see what works well, what they can take back to their school and time to talk with Oakfield classroom practitioners.
Please bring photo ID, and DBS certificate to all onsite training
Boxall Workshops at Oakfield Short Stay School
Understanding what lies behind the behaviour of children
We are able to offer Boxall Workshops remotely. This will be at a cost of £35.00 per person attending. If you are interested in training please contact the school office to arrange a session on 0116 2759150
Team Teach Training at Oakfield Short Stay School
Team Teach is a holistic' approach to behaviour management. A distinctive feature of Team-Teach is that it includes both training in de-escalation skills and physical interventions, known as 'positive handling strategies'.
