Oakfield Short Stay School
Learn, Believe, Enjoy and Achieve
Weekly Behaviour Forums are held remotely in Leicestershire. Schools are able to talk about their concerns about a pupil(s). These forums are led by specialist practitioners currently teaching and supporting pupils with very challenging behaviours at Oakfield and across all primary schools in the county, alongside representatives from the Local Authority.
The schools participating in the forum will discuss their concerns. Schools leave with strategies to further trial or understand how to seek support from other professionals/agencies.
How to book a place and what information we require
To book a place please email Oakfield@leics.gov.uk with the following information:
Childs Initials |
Gender |
Year Group |
Will you need support from Autism Outreach? |
We will offer you the next available date and check it is convenient for you. Once confirmed, an Inclusion Forum form will be sent for your completion which we will need to receive back a week before the Inclusion Forum date. This is to ensure that professionals attending the meeting can prepare and invites are sent out in a timely manner. Please note that due to staff workloads, we will not chase forms, therefore if they are not received by the deadline you will need to rebook for a future date.
