How Morrisby Supports Our Students 

As part of our careers programme, all students have access to the Morrisby Careers Platform, an interactive tool that supports career exploration and future planning. 

Through Morrisby, students can: 

• Discover individual strengths, skills, and interests. 

• Explore a wide range of careers and future opportunities. 

• Learn about different Post-16 pathways. 

• Research colleges, sixth forms, apprenticeships and training providers. 

• Set personal goals and develop action plans for the future. 

• Access careers information and labour market insights in one place. 

Morrisby helps students build confidence in their decision-making and encourages meaningful conversations between students, families, and school staff about future aspirations. To help support your child with Morrisby or to access their locker, please contact Sarie for their log in details.  

 

Student Outcomes 

Our aim is for every young person to leave Oakfield School with a clear and realistic plan for their future. Through our careers programme and the use of Morrisby, students develop:

Working in Partnership with Families 

We recognise the vital role that parents and carers play in supporting young people as they prepare for adulthood. We encourage families to engage with Morrisby, attend careers events and participate in discussions about future pathways. By working together, we can ensure that students feel supported, informed and excited about the opportunities ahead.
