Weekly Behaviour Forums are held remotely in Leicestershire. The schools participating in the forum will discuss their concerns and leave with strategies to further trial or understand how to seek support from other professionals/agencies.
Oakfield Short Stay Primary School is now offering morning and afternoon, 25-minute timeslots for you to discuss your pupil. Each Forum meeting is chaired by one of our Class Inclusion Teachers and a SEMH Inclusion Practitioner.
Our Inclusion Forum meetings take place on Tuesday mornings and Thursday afternoons.
How to book a place:
To book a place at an Inclusion Forum, we firstly require you to complete an Inclusion Forum Form in full. Please request a form by emailing oakfieldprimary@leics.gov.uk, providing the pupils' initials, current year group and gender.
When this form is returned to us, we will then inform you of the forum dates that we have available. Once a date has been agreed, you will receive an email of confirmation, along with a brief overview of how the forum will work. This information is to be read or shared with the person attending, a Microsoft Teams invite will be sent to those names listed on the completed form.
Any further queries, please contact our office on 0116 275 9150.
The purpose of the Graduated Response team is to successfully integrate a pupil with SEMH needs into a mainstream school.
