Oakfield Short Stay Primary School is pleased to offer Team Teach training to schools across Leicestershire. Our experienced trainers deliver courses throughout the year, with this year's course dates available below.

Team Teach provides a toolkit of holistic strategies for de-escalation and crisis intervention, including both verbal and non-verbal approaches to supporting children and young people and reducing instances of distressed or disruptive behaviour.

The course equips staff with a clear understanding of the values and philosophy underpinning the Team Teach approach to behaviour support. Team Teach is driven by the need to support individuals in distress, helping to keep them safe while also protecting those around them.
